I moved into this complex in 2006. There have been ongoing problems with management and maintenance since I moved in. This complex rents to a lot of section 8 and does not screen their tenants very well. The Laundry Facility is filthy and the machines are in disrepair. It is now April 2007 and the last time anyone picked up any trash in the common areas around my apartment entrance was December 2006. When it snows the management never plows the parking lot. The tenants above me flip burning cigarettes, candy wrappers and other trash around the common area in my building. There have been problems with tenants on the upper level urinating over the balcony at the main entrance. I had a horrific sewage smell in my apartment and it still is still not completely fixed. The trap under the tub was completely missing and it was draining sewage into the ground under the apartment. When the trap was replaced the tub over flowed and flooded sewage in my bathroom. They made a mess when they used a plumbing snake to clear the pipes and spray sewage on the bathroom walls and under the bathroom sink. They never cleaned up the mess and I had to wipe up the sewage off the walls and under the sink myself. Please be advised the current maintenance man is a registered sex offender (lewd conduct with a minor). Abandon vehicles are left blocking the main entrances to the apartment buildings making it difficult to carry in groceries or move furniture in or out. The dumpsters routinely overflow and are not emptied frequently enough. There is old abandoned furniture next to them also. My covered parking spot was reassigned farther away from my apartment and I have been unable to park in the new spot as there is an abandoned fridge, old doors and equipment in the way. The playground has construction supplies laying all over and the equipment is now unsafe and the gate is locked. If you want a cheap place to live and don't mind all the issues I have had to deal with, this is your place.
