Review for Northgate Apartments

Northgate's contract states that there is a 72 hr. grace period from the time you request an apartment to when you can no longer get your $99 deposit back. BUYER BEWARE ---THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT! Upon seeing the apartment we had requested we were introduced to the stained carpets and walls and were justifiably disgusted. Obviously we terminated contact with them. WITHIN 64 HOURS OUR CHECK WAS CASHED!! Not to be a tight wad, but $99 is $99. Maybe they're so far in the red on their investment that every penny counts?? DO NOT RENT HERE!!
