Review for Northgate Apartments

It seems to me like there is always either a security gate broken (either won't shut or open, and it gets us down to the car garage) also there was an enromous flood about 2 or 3 weeks ago from the 5th floor down, and the carpet is still there! Carpet that was flooded with black water has still not been ripped out. We are on the top floor, 7th floor...it has a very nice view and I love being in the city, but the building is falling apart! Last night it rained all night and this morning we wake up with our whole quilt wet, it's all wet because there was a leak in the ceiling, and we are on the top floor!!! How crappy was this building built? The only good thing about it is that it's down-town and that it has low income housing.
