Dont Bother With Northgate.

I'm just waiting out the days for my lease to expire so I can get out of here.

The previous posts are very true, things are falling apart here.

The carpeting in the hallways looks like it's thirty years old, they just painted the walls this ugly brownish sage green that makes me puke, the carpeting in the apartments is probably the cheapest they could find with no pad underneath. the trash dumpsters are always full. The hallways are always stuffy and they smell, so do the elevators.

Shady people are always hanging out by the front doors waiting for somebody to come out so they can slip in the building, they obviously dont live here, because if they did, they'd use their keycard to open the doors. There is very little security here. One of my neighbors claimed he had his car stolen right out of the "secure" parking garage.

Several false fire alarms, ( and they are LOUD) constant noise (trains, semi trucks, etc) you cant even open your windows because it's so noisy outside. I hope Northgate gets fined every time the Fire Trucks have to respond to the fire alarms.

You can always hear the people above you stomping around, people are inconsiderate and play their stereos at high volumes, there is no guest parking here, so if you have any visitors they have to find a place to park on the street which isnt always easy.

I have had problems with people parking in my assigned parking stall, the last thing I want to worry about when I come home, is where I'm going to park.

Overall this place has declined greatly since I moved in, and it is by no means "luxury living" as Northgate promotes it.
