Review for Pollyanna Apartments

This is an older building with multiple units. The radiators are calamitous and wake you up with their loud clanging and banging. The elevator literally shakes your apartment walls and makes a loud booming sound that you can hear throughout your apartment. Even though it is advertised as a non-smoking building I get smoke in my apartment from my neighbor all the time. You can always hear your upstairs neighbor. If someone else in the building flushes their toilet while you are taking a shower you get scalded, sometimes badly.
