Review for Rain Tree Apartments

I have lived here for six years, in that time this place has changed owner a couple of times. Up until now I haven't had any problems with the Landlords. Now this place has been aquired by Alliance properties which is like dealing with a brain dead corporation. New rules are implemented on the spur of the moment with no or little advanced notice and in an unprofessional manner. The office staff is inexperienced and is alway on the defensive. They will try and get you to sign them on as co-owner of your renters insurance policy (which you are paying for), which most insurance companies flat out won't do. They should have their own insurance on their property. I plann on moving as soon as my lease is up.
