Review for Rain Tree Apartments

This place was nice until Alliance took over, we have been burglarized, my car stolen. Managment never even took precautionary measures, the assistant manager knew who the people were that stole my car, and didnt tell police who they were. Last week they had criminal work release people cleaning the fence area. We, the entire complex, have not recieved our mail in over a month,managment has said the owners have not approved to have the mailboxes rekeyed. They charge exorbatant late fees, they now require a 60 day written notice to vacate, but will not do anything timely in return. They truly are slumlords.
