Review for Richmond Properties Apartments

Richmond Properties is the owner of several apartment complexes and houses in the Salt Lake area. The property manager is extremely disorganized and blames most of her problems on tenants, even though it is her problem that she doesn't keep track of what maintenance was done when or whether or not tenants have paid rent. She also asked the tenants at my house to put the gas bill in our name, even though we are on the same meter as the people in the apartment downstairs. (This is illegal; check the Salt Lake City codes and ordinances for more information.) Repairs are rarely done in a timely manner unless something absolutely has to be fixed. If the repair is not a necessity, the owner will most likely not pay for the repairs. The neighbors are very loud (fighting or partying most nights), some even to the point of harassment. Do not do business with Richmond Properties.
