Review for Sandpiper Apartment Homes Apartments

I was suprized when we were robbed and the management of this place would not alow the police on the poperty to look in to the crime.

The landscaping has not been touched in 2 years, I have a tree that has grown wild in the front of the house.

The property manager sneaks around and when confonted as to his reson for sneaking around the place he offers no reason or even his name.

The paint is peeling off the out side of the houses.

It took them 6 months to fix a problem with our water.

The landlord just crys about how many apartments she has to look after and her problems.

The leave constrution vehicals parked in fire lanes.

The trees are over grown and have not been trimmed for over 3 years.

It did not used to be this way, it is a dump now...

we are looking to move, do not come here if your looking for service or straight dealing managent that want to work with there tennents for the saftey of the community.

This place is a fire trap just waiting to burn.
