I have lived in a lot of different apartments, but this one has the WORST insulation I have ever experienced! On hot days, the AC stays on constantly and as far as hearing the neighbors, well I hope you can deal with hearing people snore through the walls, people having sex CONSTANTLY, loud music, crying babies, and you can even hear low-level conversations through the walls! I have to sleep with earplugs in and can still hear the snoring next door!! I won't even mention how loud the train that runs constantly all night long!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE, TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
