-apartment property is not well maintained - be it basket ball court, swimming pool, volley ball court. Swimming pool is not used by anyone since its covered with leaves, volley court is not used by anyone since its covered with weeds and small tree stumps. tennis court is cracked up and not maintained.
-unprofessional and self serving management.

-high cost of electricity due to old rusting heaters, improper insulation on windows
-windows have no insulation and during winter, there is lot of mould accumlating with water seeping in. its horrible.
-drinking teenagers walking around with bottles in hand
-break ins on cars and spray paints on scooters
-no regular inspections on maintenance
-very old fridges and dishwashes - fridge needs defrosting every 25 days to get the freezer door closed
-the management tries to cut down on cost very hard and will not do proper maintenance.
rent if one day late, $50 charge. no 5 day grace period. no exceptions.

-gym has good equipments though its a little cramped.
-the apartment is on the bus lane.
-rental office is open till 11pm
-covered parking
