In A Great Location

If you are lucky your apartment will have a beautiful view of the city. If not living here is OK. It is only a block from the TRAX and all the shops on 400S. Close to U of Utah. There is a pool and an excercise room. The only problems I see are:

The buildings are old and in need of new paint and carpeting.

Secondly, management really keeps their eyes on you. You can't make a move w/o getting in trouble. Maybe that's because of the recent thefts.
