I'm counting the days until my lease is up. It's 320. I have lived in old buildings before - there is "charming old" and "crappy old" - the Covey advertises itself as charming, but it is definitely crappy - meaning everything is broken, stained, etc. and the management has no interest in fixing or updating anything. Whenever I call to report something broken they just say, "yeah ___ does that in these old buildings." The management is very rude and little hidden costs appear on my bill every month. For example, they actually charge you $5 to bill you.
