Be aware that you might not live in "The Covey" itself. They put me up in the Kensington, on the corner of 200 North and Main.
There is no Gym in the Kensington, so unless you walk to the main building you don't get that amenity. There's only one dumpster and it fills up frequently. My neighbors like to leave garbage bags and boxes in the parking deck, and even on the front step (there's one there now, as a matter of fact).
They didn't tell me when I signed my lease that parking was extra. The Kensington has a tiny parking deck behind it. You get your own little garage for $35.00 a month, but it's dirty and small. If you have a larger vehicle or a pickup you might not be able to fit, and street parking is practically nonexistant.
There's no manager of this specific building, so when your neighbors DO leave garbage all over the place, it'll sit there until someone calls the main office and they get around to sending maintenance over.
The building is old. NO AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED. You have to buy and install your own window unit. The gas heat works okay, but the pipes are very noisy. The Kensington could be a very nice place with a complete remodeling and proper management. As is, it looks nice from main street but run-down everywhere else. You'll end up being roommates with cockroaches, too.
In short, do NOT let them put you in the Kensington. The rent sounds nice; $575 for a big studio (that's actually bigger than my old one bedroom up in Layton), but there are some things you need to be aware about.
