We've lived here for the past 3mts and I would recommend this place to my friends....but it depends on what your looking for.
PROS 1)Its right off Bangerter,so the COMMUTE to work is easier.
2) The RENT for an unfurnished 2BR is 550$,NO DEPOSIT required(you can get a furnished 1BR for the same price at Timbercreek).
3)6month LEASE,after that its month to month.You pay 1mts rent if you break the lease.
3)The MAINTENANCE is PROMPT and EFFICIENT.No major problem other than clogged wash basin.
4)The apartment complex is old,built in the 1970s I think.So the rooms are LARGE and SPACIOUS(about 1000 sq feet for 2BR), unlike the new compact apartments where I feel stiffled.
5)There are trees too look out at, there is a small park for children to play.
CONS 1)However,if you like a shiny new place,this is not the place for you. The CARPET in our apartment is OLD,and the counters are chipped(the appliances are fine).
2)We have not had any problems with safety so far, but I did see a broken windshield on a car in the parking lot.
3)They dont have any 1BR apartments.
