The owner rides around all day (all 7 days!) on a lawnmower eying and obsessing over everything. Once in awhile he takes a break to yell at tenants and call them names like "stupid" and "punk" He is constantly on the property and runs it like a prison camp. He is abusive and yells at tenants for little things. He even gets on his hands and knees to check under peoples cars to record if there is an oil leak. He threatens eviction for kids riding bikes on the sidewalk.The staff also comes into your home to do "full inspections" without permission every few months. If you like feeling like your always being watched,and don't need privacy this is the place for you.
