These apartments may be older, however, they are in pretty good condition. The staff is fantastic and always remember you. I have lived in many apartments but this will be the first place I am proud to call my home. I love the area, the landscape, and how large the apartments are. The only reason why I'd ever move out of Aspen Hills is if I HAD to against my will. Aspen Hills is a great place to live and even my friends are convinced and have moved in. I love this place!!

I've been here a year... we've always paid on time. We've called maintenance twice and both times they have been extremely responsive... within 12 hours the first time and 48 hours the second only because it was the weekend. The buildings are older so the construction is much more substantial than you normally get in newer apartments and condos. Our neighbor upstairs has two small children and we never notice them. Rarely do we hear anything at all. It's quiet and well maintained. There is plenty of parking and lots of trees... for an apartment it is really nice. I see the office staff once a month when we drop off rent and they always remember our names and are exceptionally friendly. I recommend this place to all our friends. After 15 years of owning our own home, we were dreading going back to apartment living... we'll actually miss the place when we buy again.

900 square feet of space for $580 when I lived there from 2002-2005. I enjoyed living there. It was close to the I-15 and I-80. It was usually quite except for an occational Sat night when some of the younger tenants would come home from the bar(I was 32 when I started living there so I'd been there and done that). If I were to ever move back to Salt Lake and needed an apartment to stay in while I looked for a house(In Murray were all the historic homes are east of State and 45th), I'd stay at Aspen Hills.
