Apartment Review for Cobble Creek

I understand the use of these website and I think they're completely unfair and one sided. I don't feel the complainer is being totally honest with their stories and again you are only being told their side. Every apartment complex is going to have a "Horror story" and most of the time it's because the tenant does want to follow the rules or thinks they are the exception to the rule. Well, WAKE UP because you're not. "DON'T BOUNCE A CHECK" if you don't want to pay the fee. I also think it's horrible that the complainer's have to belittle or name call the office staff because they can't seem to balance their checkbook or pay their rent on time. The ladies in the office are very respectful and don't deserve to treated that way. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. I agree they are strict with rules but I think that is one reason why it's so nice here. And I too have had to pay a late fee but what does that have to do with them? Nothing, it was my fault. I would definiately recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
