Apartment Reviews for Foothill Place Apartments - Salt Lake City

I didn't have any problems with these apartments. I honestly think that everyone who has lived here just didn't read the lease! Everything that you are billed for is outlined in the lease agreement. It was the funnest place I've ever lived and I thought that the apartments were very clean. The maintenance were always really fast about fixing anything in my apartment, especially if Mike was the one to fix it. I loved my neighbors and got to know them really well. I was very sad to leave and the only reason why I left was because I had to relocate for my job. After reading the reviews, I was nervous about getting the dreaded "move-out bill" but when I got it, it was exactly what I had expected. The things I was charged for were the things that had been discussed when I had signed my lease. The girls that worked in the office were always really nice and helpful. I have never once gotten the impression that they were cold or mean. If my situation allowed, I would move back for sure. I know that I am not the only person who has lived there that thought that it was a great place to live. The only people who usually take time to write reviews are the ones that are so ****** off. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend living here.
