There is a playground, pool and tennis courts for outdoor activities and the complex is pet friendly. The buildings are spread over numerous acres, so the feeling is more garden style than city, but close to downtown Salt Lake. The freeways are also nearby so you can get anywhere in the valley in minutes. Ask about the costs in addition to rent.
