Our Review for Liberty Metro

Liberty Metro is located on South 200 East, in the heart of Salt Lake City. The property is just around the corner from Washington Square, and there is a wide array of public transportation in the area, not to mention easy access to SLC’s network of highways; commuting should never be a problem for residents of Liberty Metro. A walk down the street will bring tenants to a plethora of bars and restaurants, including Salt Lake Coffee Break, Sizzler, Ichiban Sushi & Japanese, The Other Place, Charlie Chow’s Dragon Grill, Star of India, and The Green Pig Pub, just to name a few. Reviews have been very positive, with no complaints to mention, only great service and great rentals.

I enjoy living in this apartment. There are some side effects though- My apartment gets very very warm even in the winter. (warm in the summer too) The AC is turned off in the winter. The light bulbs seem to go out quite frequently due to a low surge but free to replace by maintenance. The maintenance man (Glenn) is very nice and helpful, but sometimes it takes the front desk a week or two to remember that I put in a request. The secruity is very good, considering you need a key card to enter the building, plus another key if you take the stairs from the garage, plus your house key. The secruity patrol roams around during the night. (although they look like punk kids who wouldnt know how to save you) I guess it depends where you live in the building but my apt is really quiet, I never hear anything. You're going to find weirdos throughout the building, but I guess you'll get that where ever you live. Part of what keeps me here is the location. I love being downtown and being so close to the freeway. I usually walk to Smiths since its only 4 blocks away and the city library is a block away.

Other then a few oddballs who rant about everything under the sun this is a wonderful apartment complex to live in. the office staff knows and calls me by name. The Manager, Lora, is quick to handle problems in a friendly manner. Glenn with the maintenance staff and Megan with the weekly staff are both friendly and easy to talk to. The Saturday Guy, I do not know if anyone knows his name, is both friendly and helpful. He is more then willing to discuss your problems and always has a funny story. Not to mention he is very, VERY good looking.

The Apartments are well kept up, with only the minor issues of wear and tear on the building. Parking is a bit tight though has not been a problem so far.

Sercurity is tight. the Saturday guy comes in regularly to check things out, as well as a paid professional service that comes in.

I will be renewing my lease. Over and over again.
