Apartment Review for Rain Tree Apartments

I haved lived in this complex for to long. The managers seem to change every 3 months, if you have issues inside your apartment they say that they will have someone up as soon as they can never happens. They has a company come to fix the balconies about 15 months ago the had busted the concrete on my balcony, told the managers about it after it happened. The answer i got was we will have someone up to take a look at it and have it taken care of, well 15 months later still not fixed. They make you pay for the water, garbage, and we have to pay the company to send out the bills every month. The water bill is so expensive since they think that have to water the **** lawn 3 times a day. <P>
