Apartment Review for Royal Farms

Do not, I repeat do not live here. The management is mean and sneaky. They nickel and dime every cent out of you. They use maintenance excuses to enter you apartment at any time and snoop around to make sure you are following the rules i.e. paying for pets and people living there etc. The grounds keeper even confessed that they were supposed to do the "annual checks" (which actually turn into monthly checks) and report people. In dealing with them, their attitude reflects their perception of the people they think live at Royal Farms (i.e. liars and cheaters). They treat their tenets with disrespect and mistrust. I'm a very private and rule abiding tenet and constantly having to worry about people just walking into my apartment causes me daily stress especially when I have done nothing wrong. Please take my advice and don't let the nice landscaping fool you, this is an awful place to live.
