Apartment Review for Terrace Apartments

I moved here because I needed to be close to my work, I had a hard time making my business work so I needed to cut back. I chose to move closer to my business and get rid of my car, and look for a cheap apartment.

This was a bad mistake. First of all I dont understand why they questioned my credit when half the people that live here look like they dont have jobs. I imagine welfare and my taxes pay for most the people that live here.

I have had so many bad experiences with this place I cant even name them all. First of the bat, someone was murdered while i was here. Fights break out all the time, domestic arguments every night. Doors slam and people shout all through the night.
The 'Security' doors were broken for 3 months and I constantly saw bums and shady people walking around at night. I am a big guy and can handle myself. But i would NEVER advise a girl to live here alone.
The security is non existent and ANYONE can get in here.

The elevators are always broken, the stairwells are always dirty and smokey.

Expect to see the police here on a daily basis.

Expect to be asked for a cigarette everyday by a crazy lady who i've seen standing on the balcony in depends.

Expect to be asked for spare change daily by the bums that hang out all night.

It's like a homeless shelter here.

The hot water stops working all the time. Don't ever expect to get the moldy bad smell out the apartment no matter how clean you keep you apartment.

Noisy and Unclean, maintenance are unworthy of maintaining anything.

Dont rent these places under any circumstance, even for a last resort.

I could go on. I have NOTHING good to say about this apartment complex.
