Review for Timbercreek Apartments

I lived in Timbercreek during 2004. The security gates were never closed and when they were it did not keep cars from following the paying tennants in after opening the gates. These apartments were very old and dirty. Everything about them was falling apart. Maintenance was slow and always tried to fix things cheaply. Instead of rescrewing the deadbolt screw holes or using a bigger srew, on my patio door they stuffed paper in the hole and used a small screw. Being this was the only lock on the door, it was very unsafe. The parking lot was always littered with trash. I got two flat tires from running over glass that was out in the drive ways.
