Local police receive calls often from this complex often due to break-ins and various disputes. The management staff is very unprofessional and the rental office is more like a place to socialize. I have even seen the staff drinking alcohol while on the clock in the office. Drugs are also common in the complex, with dealers and users both living there. For these reasons, its location, size, and price, I terminated my lease early.
