Review for Towne Gate Apartments

The apartment itself was not bad on the inside except the low grade carpet ruined 3 vacuums. Not only did they break the lease by not providing ANY assigned parking for the first three months, when they finally did they assigned me to one 2 buildings away. I am a single woman and do not feel safe walking to our from my apartments. Children were at the pool unsupervised all summer even though it was reported to management. The women in the office hae been taught to say that they know nothing about fixing things, that is if you are lucky enough to get them on the phone. This development was supposed to promote urban development but it is the glorified ghetto. There are cops patroling all night but i have only seen them giving parking tickets.
It could be nice, if they started all over and started with new staff. One apartment has 18 people living in it!

you said it all "GLORIFIED GHETTO"!!! I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU..my problem is parking and noisey neighbors who dont stop even though you complain to the office (dont know if they ignore my complaints).
