Review for Towne Gate Apartments

Horrible. The girls in the main office are extremely bitchy and act like you are an are not a human being let alone a respectable tenant. A month after we moved in we got bugs, and we are not messy people mind you, they would not do anything about it and told us it was because we were dirty. Our laundry room consistantly smelled of mold, my closet 'fire sprinkler' broke and was leaking all over my clothes- they said they would fix it "tomorrow" but it was not fixed for 1 month. I had to use our living room as a closet. Our patio door handle snapped right off as well as our slidding screen fell off, and we had a leaky sink. The carpet sheads everywhere and I can always hear my up or down stairs neighbors having sex or hear their baby crying. My neighbors across the hall had pee water leaking into their closet.. There is Zero parking. One spot per apartment....no matter how many bedrooms you have. And there are only about 15 guest parking spots for a total of 8 or more, 4 story tall apartments. They had to paint over the handicap parking to make enough room so every apartment could have ONE spot. But the girls who work there park in the handicap spots anyway. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AN APARTMENT. SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA $$ TO GET SOMEWHERE HALF WAY DECENT!!!!
