Review for Towne Gate Apartments

The office staff is horrible. Not only are they rude when asked questions; they are rude all the time!! I even took the time to write a TWO page complaint to the parent company Millwood asking them to please do something about the women in the office and I have never received anything back-for all I know they never got the letter. Unless you are a total hermit and never need deal with the office EVER-don't rent here. There is NO visitor parking! During Bees games the streets are flooded with cars, children run wild up and down stair wells all the time and no one does anything about them. Two people were shot and killed here in ONE WEEK(august 08); and another lady was assaulted when she was followed up to her apartment by a complete stranger! I watched a criminal run across the lawn and get tackled by what looked like the ENTIRE SLC police force- in the parking lot one night.. This place sucks. That is why I am moving.
