Apartment Reviews for Village Green - Salt Lake City

We've lived here for the past 3mts and I would recommend this place to my friends....but it depends on what your looking for. <P>
PROS 1)Its right off Bangerter,so the COMMUTE to work is easier. <P>
2) The RENT for an unfurnished 2BR is 550$,NO DEPOSIT required(you can get a furnished 1BR for the same price at Timbercreek). <P>
3)6month LEASE,after that its month to month.You pay 1mts rent if you break the lease. <P>
3)The MAINTENANCE is PROMPT and EFFICIENT.No major problem other than clogged wash basin. <P>
4)The apartment complex is old,built in the 1970s I think.So the rooms are LARGE and SPACIOUS(about 1000 sq feet for 2BR), unlike the new compact apartments where I feel stiffled. <P>
5)There are trees too look out at, there is a small park for children to play. <P>
CONS 1)However,if you like a shiny new place,this is not the place for you. The CARPET in our apartment is OLD,and the counters are chipped(the appliances are fine). <P>
2)We have not had any problems with safety so far, but I did see a broken windshield on a car in the parking lot. <P>
3)They dont have any 1BR apartments. <P>
