Which they say lights up pet urine, but it lights up all organics also - so after your toilet has regurgitated for the upteenth time, you walk frustratedly over to the phone to call the maintenance man who comes and looks at you like it was your fault. He walks all over too. Now you have to pay thousands of dollars once you move because the UV light will light up all those footsteps. It is quite the devious plan they have going - have bad toilets and kitchen appliances, blame residents for things that go wrong, charge enormous amounts to residents leaving because of organic remnants left, not having to pay for new stuff for the next chump to be lured in.
