Apartment Review for Summerwood

I read another review and totally agree. Maintenance is OK. If you have to leave because of an emergency (as I did) they charge you the full rate of the contract or until they rent the apartment! No ifs, ands or buts. They started one-year contracts for the first time. What a scam. Over 50% are Mexicans who have their stereos up to 20 decibles in the parking lot while they're fixing their cars that never move. Hard to find a place to park. Plus when they talk outside you can hear it throgh the paper-thin walls. Run while you have a chance.
