Apartment Review for Sunset Ridge Apartments

I must say that the apartments are very spacious. I live in a three bedroom two bath apartment. The front room is huge it fits both of my overstuffed sofa and loveseat and there is room to spare.
The kitchen is very small but it does have a nice big pantry to store stuff in. The countertops are white they stain very easily I just put stuff over the top of the counters so that it would protect it.
The walls are very thin. I can hear the people below me whenever they are arguing are listening to the tv/radio. I can hear the people above me walking it sounds like they are stomping but I know who lives above me I know she doesn't do it on purpose. You can also hear her tv/radio as well. You can hear everything from outside try not to get an apartment that faces the playground.
Try to live in the front buildings b/c they keep them in better condition than the back ones.
Manager SUCKS!!! She is horrible we have had lots of run ins with her but her assistant is great. But in the end you do have to work with the manager on any problems.
All in all it is nice but again as I said you do have to deal with the manager and I don't know if it is worth it b/c that is the reason why we moved out. Also, don't expect to ever see your deposit not one person I know got their deposit back. We paid $1000 on a deposit and they took it all and we had Stanley Steamers come in and clean carpets and hired a professional cleaning lady to clean before moving out.
