We have lived at Jackson Terrace for 3 1/2 years and absolutely love. The office and maintenance staff are so prompt and good. It is a nice quiet complex with some great amenities. The landlords are also wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this complex

I have been living at Jackson Terrace for 3 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and take care of all requests quickly. The renovated apartments are beautiful. The price for the quality is amazing. They also have a nice picnic area for me to BBQ.

Definitely not a bad place to live. I'd say it's one of the best values I've seen in Burlington. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request it has been completed the next day. The only complaint I have is that the laundry room closes at 9PM, a minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this complex.
