Apartment Review for Clock Tower Apts

I have resided at the aforementioned apartments for close to a year. When you have a repair problem or any other issue, you had better be prepared to take it on yourself. ZERO matinance, no snow removal from stairs, ceiling fixtures falling down on there own etc. When I moved in there were rules, no kids, pets , load noise etc. During my stay every rule had been broken by other tentents with no repercussions. A truly unsafe plase to live. On a scale of 1 to 10, the Clock Tower Apts rate -7.
