Review for Crystal Plaza Apartments

I just moved here on Sep 6, 2008. I will come back to this site and rate it a few months from now. So far I haven't had too many issues. The online leasing was quick and easy. I moved in on the day the apt was available. I dealt primarily with Hamid. He is congenial and very efficient. During my walkthrough, there were a couple items that needed repair and it was done the same hour! There is usually a parking spot available except after about 8pm, it's pretty scarce so you're hesitant to leave for fear of not having a place to park. It's fairly quiet inside the apt but you can hear people's voices as they're talking in hallway or near elevator, other's air condition units running, knocking on doors, people talking in their balcony, but it's not really a problem unless you like absolute quiet. If so, you're better off living in a house. The pool and surrounding area is well-maintained, and the pool actually stayed open after Labor Day. I'm actually very glad the apt does not allow bbq grills or similar types on the balcony. It is extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, public transportation, and airport. I just wish there were a grocery store nearby for residents but if you have a car, there's a Shoppers and Giant and Target a few miles from here. I haven't received my first utility bills so I have no clue if they are outrageous yet. I'll keep you all posted.
