Review for Dominion Towers Apartments

The overall quality of living in this building is low. There are many,many complaints that I have but here are a few of the worst things that are always happening. The 'management' sucks. The leasing office is almost never open when it says it will be. They frequently just close the door to the office and stay inside. There's no note that says "we'll be back at, in a meeting" and the little sign on the door that says "will be back at ____ time" is never changed to corraspond with when they may return. Some friends that live on the first floor had water damage and mold in the apartment because of a rennovation on the 2nd floor. They wrote the office and told them of the problem and nothing was ever done. There is mold on the walls and the wall is soggy and has been for months, and nothing has ever been done about it. Although they were notified several times. The tow truck situation is nuts. It seems as though the office and the company work together in getting people's cars towed away. In addition, if you plan on coming home after 9pm, good luck finding a parking spot. I also believe that the building has THE slowest mail man on the face of the planet. He'll arrive late to begin with and then most of the time wont finish until 3-5 hours later. It's nuts. The hallways always have quite the odor about them. But, the upper hall way smell has NOTHING on the basement. I dont know how people can live down there with that smell. It seems as thought he walls are paper thin, too. We are caddy corner to a couple and a mother in law. The wife screams CONSTANTLY and they always sounds like they are in our apartment. The phone rings, we think its our phone. Their tv is on so loud that i can follow the episode of what ever they're watching. (usually seinfield) Ive actually asked my husband to turn the tv down before, and it was their tv!! They're always doing rennovations or something and it seems like they are always in the apartment right next to or right above us. They start usually about 8 am. I hate this building, and I cant wait to get out.
