I am sorry to say this as a resident who enjoys the Meridian and the people who work there, but the smell of garbage on all resident floors, Floor 1 (soda machine area), garage areas, is absolutely discusting. I can no longer recommend this place without saying something about the odors. If and when it ever clears up I will provide another critique. Second factor is that the loading dock doors are often open allowing strangers to enter the building easily. Doors from the parking garage to the building often propped open by maintenance workers and others, also providing access to non-residents.
