Review for Saddle Ridge Apartments

I've lived here for over a year (just renewed my lease). The management staff is great; they are friendly and greet me by name. Maintenance is also good. If there is an instance where your issue is not addressed (key word: addressed) within 2 business days, you are compensated for your inconvenience. Of course, there are issues that can't be resolved within that timeframe, but they are very diligent about fixing your problem ASAP. I'm not sure about the other reviewers issues so I am only speaking from my experience. Also, I love the fact that since this is an Equity community, I receive credits towards the purchase price of a house. Awesome!
