Review for University Heights Apartments

To be honest, I almost didnt rent here because of all the bad reviews. I've lived here for almost 3 months now, and am very happy for the most part. Yes maintenance does take a while to fix things, but for the price and conveniance its well worth it. I pay 1300 for a two bedroom 2 bath (250 less than other comparable apartments) So if i have to wait an extra day for maintenance, im fine with that.
