Review for Pointe West Management Apartments

I have lived in Blacksburg for 5 years, 4 of which I was a very satisfied tenant with Pointe West Management. This agency owns several apartment buildings throughout the Blacksburg area, some newer, some older. Their properties are always in nice shape, and if maintenance is required, they are always available within a few hours. The rent is reasonable, and there is rarely a noise problem (hardly any parties).
The employees are very friendly and professional, yet I was on a first name basis the day I signed my first lease.
I would rent with them again any day, and recommend this agency to anyone. It will be hard pressed to find another agency like this...
