Review for Townside Property Management Apartments

I rented from Townside when I attending Virginia Tech. I had a nice townhouse in a nice part of town. They always responded quickly to maintenance requests and left a note letting you know they were there. They made a lot of improvements, even after we moved in. I also had an outside water leak that tripled my water bill. The town wouldn't adjust my bill and Townside wasn't going to do anything at first. But after I was persistant they refunded me the money. I did get a reasonable amount of security deposit returned after living there for 3 years. I would recommend them.
