I Renewed My Lease And I Know You Did Too!!

I have lived at Eagles Landing since December 2005 and I will tell you that around that time the management was poor and the staff most of the time had no idea what they were talking about. I would call about something to learn that they would need to take a message, that was nothing new. When i would call the office back because they never returned my call the process would start all over again. It's my understanding that they went through some management changes which made the staff suck even more because they had no time to deal with my problems. Then one day the staff completely changed, i don't know if they were fired, but the staff that is there now seems to be way more appropriate for their job descriptions. The new staff at least smiles at you when you walk by them in the clubhouse and if the person that you speak with doesn't know the answer, the can get it by asking the person next to them. I don't know that i would have chosen to renew my lease if the old staff was still there, but i think the new staff is great! I am happy that i can live in a community where I can work out late, lay by the pool, not have to worry about my roommates not paying the rent, and NEVER have to search for a place to park. It is also good to have a decent place to live for a great price where your utility bills each month are not $ 200. The electric is more like $ 30 which is pretty sweet. The gates do not work sometimes, however i have witnessed while walking to the shuttle idiots running into the gate with their vehicles! I am happy with Eagles Landing! Compare it to places like College Park. haha When you ask them about security, they tell you the police station is across the street. Oh, that's helpful i guess....
