Review for Hyde Park Apartments

For this review, I'm going to stay neutral. I am currently in the process of moving this these apartments, so I don't have an actual review to give. I do want to say that it amazes me how many people write bad reviews for apartments, but in the same review they'll say that they've been living there for 2 or 3 yrs. That means, that thay renewed their lease at some point. I read reviews, to find the best second hand information...but if a person has been living somewhere for a long time (and renewed their lease)...what's their problem?
