we have no smoking buildings ,smoking only allowed in individuals apts.

no rats or roaches are allowed to reside here ,so they usually dont bother trying, we do have regular exterminating to evict the ones that sneak in.

complaints and repairs are addressed immediately and properly.

maintnence is on call 24/7 and responds promptly
they live here 24/7.

we have central heat and a/c we have a community laundry room .

no cats or dogs allowed which makes for a cleaner and quieter living environment.

small caged pets are allowed.

we have regular inspections to help keep all of the above in place so we all can have a beautiful quiet ,safe place to live.
