Review for Amberton Apartments

We've been here almost a year, and it's the least awful apartment I've ever been in. I've lived in dozens of apartments, all over the country. The windows are drafty, but there's hardly any noise between apartments. Guys like to boom their bass as they drive in and out, but at night there's Zero parking lot activity. Cops drive through often on weekend nights, just to scan. We have tons of great dogs whose owners are responsible about the poo. The maintenance man is superlative, and extremely friendly in a good way. The price you pay covers what you're getting; it's basic (long-wear) carpet, basic (thin) paint, basic fixtures, etc. But considering you could pay 500 more per month for fancy paint but have your car broken into every other week, it's a pretty good deal. It's close enough to 66, 234 and a host of shopping, but you'd never know it from the noise level. This is songbird central. It's worth a look.
