Review for Robert L Pennington Apartments

I lived in Pennington's rental house till it burned down from his illegal electrical wiring, check with the building office in Radford VA about Pennington's rental record, he also does not provide proper heat for his renters, he does all his own illlegal wiring and plumbing, not getting proper state or city permits,if a renter in one of his apartments uses to much electricity by his measure Pennington will kick them out,his properties are unsafe, dangerous.
