Friendly staff, but maintenance is crap. Their repair work sucks and the population here is getting more and more disturbing. There are illegals everywhere and more questionable characters moving in every day. The apartments look old and the parking stinks. There are no stairs on our side of the building and a huge slippery hill to walk up. We have to walk all the way around the building just to use the stairs when it rains.
