Review for 3001 Park Center Apartments

3001 Park Center used to be the place to be. However, under new management, things have become horrible. The front desk staff is lazy, rude, and will never try and go out of their way to be helpful. The new leasing office is not customer service oriented, rather money oriented-once you move in, your requests and complaints will simply be left in the back burner. The rent that you pay for your first year will go up by an average of $200-$400 a month if you renew. To switch from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, they charge you $500 transfer fee!! Bottom line is 3001 Park Center has completely deteriorated and is no longer a luxurious place to live.
