Review for Archstone At Park Center Apartments

It's really too bad that Archstone didn't treat its tenants well according to previous reviews, because it generally has a very good reputation. As for Crecent Heights, who bought this property and converted it to condo, sales began last month. And if you're a condo owner here - it's gravy! They are excellent, amenities for your price are FIVE STAR! You can't touch a place in nearby Shirlington for this price that are so new (three years old), with contempoary interiors and a beautiful pool and clubhouse. The prices will certainly increase quick, so if you're thiking about it - get it now - because you'll be sorely out of luck in a few months. We're very pleased with this place, the neighborhood, close proximity to everything. Again, too bad Archstone did you wrong, but The Palazzo is definietly the way to go! This place is 100% different now then it was a month or two ago when the sale was still pending between the companies. GO FOR IT!
